Our standard delivery cost is included in the price to any UK mainland address. Our delivery days are Tuesday to Friday (inclusive) during working hours and the item has to be signed for. We can deliver to your place of work. Please email us with any special requests and we will try to accommodate them. Non mainland UK, BFPO, and overseas are charged at cost. We aim to deliver your order within 7 working days. International orders may take longer. We are sure you will be delighted with your duvet, however if you are not entirely satisfied we will give you a refund. Goods must be returned, unused and in the original condition and packaging within 14 days. When returning goods please obtain proof of postage, as Rockcloud cannot accept responsibility for items that do not reach us. Please email returns@rockcloud.com to get a return number. Refunds on purchases made with a card will be refunded to the same card. Please note Rockcloud will not pay the cost of return postage unless the goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
